Creating & Managing Teams

Teams are quick to create and easy to manage. Set up a team in under a minute, customize its appearance with an icon and color, and add members from your organization — all from a single page.

Creating a team

1. Navigate to Teams

   Click Teams in the sidebar to see all teams in your organization.

2. Click New Team

   Hit the New Team button and enter a name — "Engineering," "Growth Marketing," or "Design Team."

3. Customize the icon

   Click the team icon on the detail page to open the icon picker. Choose from icons like briefcase, rocket, flag, compass, star, trophy, and more. Set a custom color to make the team visually distinct in the sidebar and on team cards.

Managing team membership

Add and remove members from the team's Members tab.

1. Open the team and go to the Members tab

   Click into the team and switch to the Members tab in the header.

2. Click Add Member

   Click the Add Member button to open a dialog showing all organization members not already on the team.

3. Select members

   Click on a member's name and avatar to add them instantly. The page refreshes to show the updated member list.

To remove a member, hover over their card in the Members tab and click the X button. This removes them from the team but keeps them in the organization.

Team detail page

Each team has a detail page with two tabs:

Overview

Shows team members as compact avatar chips and all outcomes owned by the team as cards with:

• Outcome name and goal
• Status badge (Backlog, Committed, Done, etc.)
• Progress bar showing card completion
• Card count and target end date
• Producer avatar

Members

A grid view of all team members with avatars and names. Includes the Add Member button for management.
